Harrogate Boutique Apartments offers you an alternative to a hotel room for your stay in Harrogate. Our unique apartments have been designed and built to offer you luxury self-catering accommodation. 
We can cater for individuals, families or groups, the apartments are available from 1 night to a year. Whether you are looking for accommodation in Harrogate for a holiday, relocation to Harrogate or attending the Harrogate International Centre, Harrogate Boutique Apartments can find you luxury accommodation to suit your needs.
The Apartments can accommodate from 1 to 4 people in each apartment or we can combine these to cater for larger groups. The apartments give you the luxury of a hotel with the bonus of a space to relax, dine and come fully equipped with all the facilities you would expect in luxury self-catering accommodation.

Converted from 2 Victorian Terrance’s the building comprises of 6 apartments, we have two x 1 bedroom apartments and four x 2 bedroom apartments. The apartments are located on ground, first and second floor, access to upper floors is by stairs. Unfortunately we do not have disabled access to the apartments; there are 5 steps to the ground floor entrance.

Each apartment is equipped with LCD TV's, DVD players, Free Wi-Fi broadband access, laundry services and fully equipped kitchens.

The luxury 1 bedroom apartments feature a king bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and large lounge with a dining table and chairs, there is also a double sofa bed in the lounge. Sleeps 1-3 guests.

Our 2 bedroom apartments feature a king bedroom and a twin bedroom (the twins can be made into a king bed on request), full kitchen with all the facilities you would expect, a dining table and chairs for 4 people, 2 sofas and TV for relaxing. Sleeps 1-4 guests.

The apartments all have the following facilities;

ü  Large remote control LCD televisions with Free view channels, DVD player.

ü  Free Wi-Fi broadband.

ü  All lounges have 2 sofas, coffee table and dining room table and chairs for 4 people.

ü  The bedrooms have wardrobes, chests of draws, bedside tables with lamps, mirrors, hairdryers, coat hangers, excellent quality beds and anti-allergy duvets and pillows, shaver adaptor and torches just in case!

ü  All bedding and towels are provided in luxury 100% white cotton.

ü  The kitchens feature everything you would need in a home;

Dishwashers (and tablets!), oven and grill, ceramic hobs, microwave ovens, kettle, toaster, full height fridge freezers, sink (washing-up liquid) and drainer, tea, coffee, sugar, selection of pans, crockery, utensils, knives, chopping boards, egg cups, wine glasses and tumblers, tea pot and cafetiere, washer/dryer (and tablets), Hoover, ironing board and iron, food storage containers, mixing bowls, measuring jug and a casserole dish.

Our website has lots of information regarding our apartments and a gallery of photograph to see the interiors of the apartments. Each apartment has been individually designed offering contemporary fixtures and fittings of the highest standard. 

All of our guests receive full written details of their accommodation before they arrive including a location map by email or by letter if requested. (This is available in different font size and dyslexia friendly font if required).


Apartment Location

The apartments are located at Valley House Apartments, 125 - 127 Valley Drive, HG2 0JS, which is just a few minutes’ walk away from the centre of Harrogate and the Harrogate International Centre. Valley House Apartments are on the doorstep of Valley Gardens, which are our public gardens which feature beautiful walks and a large play park for children, tennis courts and mini golf. You also have the benefit of many shops right on the door step, post office, bakery, grocers, supermarket, deli's and restaurants.


The nearest bus stop to the apartments is 60 metres away located at the front of the Sainsbury’s Local, from here you take the bus in the main bus station in Harrogate and from there you can travel to Ripon, Knaresborough and Leeds, further details in Guest Welcome Pack in the apartments.


The train station is 0.75 Miles from the apartment to walk or you can get the local bus to the train station it located next the central bus station.


The centre of Harrogate is 0.5 miles from the apartment, simply walk down Cold Bath Road to the roundabout and the centre of town is to your right hand side, Betty's tea rooms are located at the top of the hill.


On the doorstep of the apartments you have a bakery, grocers, post office, hardware store, hairdressers, off license, dry cleaners, Sainsbury's Local, chemists, Fish & Chip shop and a number of deli's and bistros all within 100 yards of the apartments.


A list of local taxi firms can be found in the Guest Welcome Pack located in each apartment. Along with a list of restaurants, ladies and gents clothes shops and details of local attractions that can also be found on our website. The pack also includes the instruction to the appliances and heating control should you require them, you can of course give us a call if you have a problem.


Arrival & Car Parking Facilities

We will write to you with instructions to make sure you know where your going and which apartment you are staying in and to make sure you have all the information you need from us to start your stay with Harrogate Boutique Apartments.

After your booking is confirmed will give you details of how to access the apartments you will be staying in. You will be given a key code which opens a secure key box located at the front door of the apartments, the key box is small silver and black box located at the front door. The code is entered in to the middle line of the combination lock and then the front of the box comes forward to reveal your keys inside. 

On your apartment keys you will find a main front door, a back door and your apartment key, you can gain access to your apartment at

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 10am on the day of departure.

We offer free parking at the apartments to the front of the building is on-street parking, we will give you residential parking permits to put on your windscreen which enables you to park anywhere on Valley Drive, the permits will be waiting for you in your apartment on the dining room table, simple scratch of the date and place it on your windscreen. 


We do also have 3 pre-bookable off street parking spaces at the rear of the building these are accessed via Valley Mount which is directly behind the building.


The main entrance to the apartments is located from the foot path on valley Drive; there are 4 steps up to the front door of the apartments and then a further step and threshold to enter the property.


As the apartments have been converted from a Victorian terraced house the ground floor is actually raised approx. 1 metre from the pavement level and due to this we realise that some guests may have difficulty with the stairs.

Internally the apartments are on the ground, first and second floor. The upper floors are accessed by a staircase which has hand rails on one side of the staircases.

Cleaning & Bedding Changes

If you stay with us for more than 1 week your apartment will be cleaned weekly and we will change your bedding and provide clean towels, if you would like additional cleaning and bedding changes then this can be arranged through the office on 01423 536325. The cost of a service clean and change of bedding is £35.00.

Travel cots

We have a number of travel cots available for hire within the apartments if you are bringing young children, cots are charged at £10.00 for the duration of your stay.

Food & Beverages

We are also happy to arrange any special requirements for you, such as a restaurant reservation, food or drink requirements for the apartment fridge, please let us know 48 hours in advance of your stay and we will endeavour to help, we can provide;

·         Champagne, planning a special get away then we can arrange for a bottle of champagne and 2 glass to be waiting for you in the fridge- £35 per bottle.

·         Restaurant reservation, if you ask before we can send you a list of restaurants we recommend and book the restaurant for you if you wish.


Dry cleaning, we can arrange your dry cleaning needs, simply call us and we will arrange the collection and return of your items on your behalf- cost dependant on items.



We welcome pets at the apartments just let us know that you are bringing a pet with you. There is a small charge of £10.00 per pet to cover additional cleaning. The apartments are ideally located for dog being 30 metres from beautifully open gardens and walking trails.
